The Dough Letter is pre-printed
2 or 4-color base stock that gets imprinted with
your customized letter and instructions for
the parents. The letter is brought home several
days before the designated Dough Night and the
bottom portion is a tear-off Pizza Purchase Form
that the parent turns into the driver when the
pizza is delivered (may also be turned into the
store for any carry-out pizzas). The Pizza Purchase
Form keeps track of the amount purchased by the
school and also the highest participating homeroom
so they can be rewarded for their efforts.
Mini-Dough Letters are 5½" x 8½".
They are 2-up on 8½" x 11", so
they can still go through a laserprinter or copier.
They are perfed at the 5½" mark so
they can either be torn or cut apart before distributing
them. |
